Who am I?

Hi, this is Jeffrey, Product Designer for Complex Problems.

I design systems that solve business problems, not just screens. Coming from a high-growth B2B SaaS background, I specialise in translating complex technical requirements into intuitive, trustworthy user experiences.

What do I do outside of work?

When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me exploring great places to eat, playing chess, watching football and, most importantly, spending quality time with my partner and dog.
